Shipping policy

PRINT PRODUCTS

All orders for print products (Framed Print, Fine Art Canvas, Acrylic Panel, HD Metal Panel, Matted Print, Acrylic Block) will be shipped via a courier service. These specific products cannot be delivered to PO Boxes, they can only be delivered to residential or business addresses.

Print Only (Lustre Paper and Metallic Pearl Paper) orders will either be shipped via a courier service or Australia Post.

For print product purchases for Australian customers please allow between one to four weeks from date of purchase date to receive your product. Different print mediums have different production times and are listed below:

  • Print Only Lustre Paper - 1 week production time.
  • Print Only Metallic Pearl Paper - 1 week production time.
  • Framed Print Lustre Paper - 2-3 week production time.
  • Framed Print Metallic Pearl Paper - 2-3 week production time.
  • Matted Print - 1-2 week production time.
  • HD Metal Panel - 3-4 week production time.
  • Acrylic Panel - 3-4 week production time
  • Acrylic Block - 2-3 week production time.

Once your order has been shipped you will be provided with the tracking information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international customers with a shipping address outside of Australia the only print products that can be shipped internationally are:

  • Print Only - Lustre Paper
  • Print Only - Metallic Pearl Paper

For international customers, you agree that Jordan Robins Photography is not liable for any import taxes into the country in which the product is being delivered to. Any import taxes or fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

For international customers please allow up to 2-4 weeks from date of purchase to receive your print product. In some situations, delivery may take longer as a result of seasonal fluctuations and the efficiency of couriers.

OTHER PRODUCTS

Other products (Beach Towels, Calendars and Picnic Rugs / Beach Mats) are carefully packaged and shipped with Australia Post.
