Image & Print Quality
All of the images on this website have been shot with a top of the range professional Canon 5d mk III digital camera. All images are printed at 300dpi using a top of the line Epson 9900 printer with premium quality Epsom UltraChrome K3 HDR Ink and printed on Centurion Photo Silk 285 satin paper, to produce the highest quality prints.We strive to ensure that our images on this website match the way they look in print, however in some circumstances there may be slight variations as a result of the brightness and colour settings of different computer monitors.

To purchase any items on this website payments are made safely and securely though PayPal, secure credit card payment or direct bank transfer.
Delivery & Shipping
For Australian customers please allow up to two weeks from purchase date to receive your product. For international customers please allow up to 2-3 weeks from date of purchase to receive your product. In some situations, delivery may take longer as a result of seasonal fluctuations and the efficiency of couriers.Framed prints are delivered to your door though a courier service. The uttermost care is taken when packaging our products to ensure your print arrives safely. Australia Post is used to post prints Australia wide and internationallyPrints and framed prints are available for Australian customers. Prints are available for International customers. Framed prints can be shipped internationally at the cost of the buyer and you must first contact Jordan Robins Photography.For international buyers, you agree that Jordan Robins Photography is not liable for any import taxes into the country in which the product is being delivered to.
Returns & Refunds
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address when filling out your delivery details. Orders returned as a result of an incorrect address will incur a re-shipping fee.Once an order has been printed and posted, cancellation of orders will not be accepted. The uttermost care is taken with each and every single order. If your product arrives in a damaged condition, is incorrect or is missing please notify Jordan Robins Photography immediately.
